THE ORDER OF THE MOST HOLY TRINITY AND OF THE CAPTIVES
Since the Order was founded in the year 1198 to ransom Christian captives, Trinitarian priests, brothers, sisters and laity have dedicated themselves to works of mercy and redemption. We have a special concern for those who suffer persecution for their faith in Christ.
Trinitarians remain committed to works of mercy and redemption around the world. Our priests and brothers serve the poor in remote areas and in cities, we educate those whose faith is in peril, and when necessary we minister undercover in places where it is illegal to practice the Faith. Whether we are serving in parish ministry, schools, prisons, or the missions, we strive to imitate the unity and love of the Most Holy Trinity.
